Refund and Cancellation Policy

Dear Donor

We greatly appreciate your generosity and commitment to supporting HINDUSTAN FOUNDATION. Your contribution plays an important role in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities in need.

The transparent refund policy is important for any organization, including non-profit NGOs. While NGOs typically operate on donations and contributions for their charitable activities, there might be instances where a donor wishes to request a refund

Refund requests are uncommon at HINDUSTAN FOUNDATION due to the nature of our work and the fact that the funds received are utilized immediately for ongoing projects and initiatives. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a donor may wish to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. When you donate to any of our case/services you can claim a refund for the amount donated till the time you have not claimed the receipt or within 48hrs of making the donation whichever happens first.
  2. Refund requests must be made within 2 Working days of the donation date.
  3. Refunds will only be considered for the following reasons:
    • Unintentional duplicate donations.
    • Errors in the donation amount.
    • Fraudulent transactions.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us at infohidustanfoundation@gmail.com  and provide the following details:

  1. Your full name and contact information.
  2. Date and amount of the donation.
  3. Transaction id or Cheque number
  4. Reason for the refund request.
  5. Any supporting documentation, if applicable.
Refund Process:
  1. All refund requests will be carefully reviewed by our team.
  2. If the request is valid, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  3. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

Exceptions: Please note that HINDUSTAN FOUNDATION reserves the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Additionally, any funds that have already been utilized for ongoing projects or initiatives may not be eligible for a refund.
